Salary Range: 6 to 7.2 LPA based upon the experience.
Project Location: Mumbai
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering needed (Experience in QA QC and Mivan).
ROLE PURPOSE:
Responsible for quality inspection of civil works in residential Mivan shuttering and conventional projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, IS codes, and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily inspections of shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works.
- Prepare ITPs, MTPs, checklists, NCRs, and inspection reports.
- Verify materials and workmanship as per project specifications.
- Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with contractors to resolve site quality issues.
- Maintain NCR logs, quality reports, and audit documentation.
Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in Mivan shuttering and conventional construction.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and IS codes.
- Proficient in report preparation and NCR management.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5 - 8 years of QA/QC experience in residential or commercial projects.
- ISO/QMS knowledge preferred.
