Job Summary:

We are hiring a QA Lead Technology to drive quality assurance strategy, execution, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement across backend and frontend technology platforms. This role combines strong technical QA expertise with leadership, coordination, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in QA leadership, automation frameworks, UAT coordination, API testing, backend validation, and stakeholder management within enterprise-level environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day QA planning, execution, and reporting across backend and frontend initiatives
• Define and maintain QA standards, processes, governance, and best practices
• Drive QA strategy, release coordination, and quality improvements across multiple projects and regions
• Build and maintain QA KPIs, dashboards, metrics, and reporting for leadership teams
• Review requirements and user stories to ensure clarity, testability, and early defect detection
• Create and maintain test plans, test strategies, and test coverage documentation
• Lead UAT planning and execution activities across multiple regions
• Coordinate testing resources and manage test execution activities efficiently
• Lead defect discussions, issue tracking, and resolution management
• Support and expand automation frameworks using JavaScript/TypeScript, Cucumber BDD, Playwright, Selenium, and REST Assured
• Leverage AI tools for test planning, risk analysis, test generation, and QA optimization
• Collaborate closely with Operations, IT, Development, and Project Management teams
• Support backend testing, environment readiness, demos, onboarding, and training activities
• Provide documentation, walkthroughs, and knowledge transfer sessions to internal teams and stakeholders
• Ensure transparent communication and reporting with stakeholders at all levels

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7-12 years of experience in QA Engineering / QA Leadership roles
• Strong experience leading QA activities across complex enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks using JavaScript/TypeScript, Cucumber BDD, Playwright, Selenium, and REST Assured
• Strong understanding of API Testing, backend validation, regression testing, and data-driven QA
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Xray, Zephyr, or similar QA management tools
• Experience in QA governance, release management, defect tracking, and quality reporting
• Strong experience in UAT planning, QA coordination, and stakeholder communication
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence presenting to stakeholders at all levels
• Strong drive toward quality, innovation, continuous improvement, and team collaboration

• Exposure to AI-driven QA/testing tools and practices
• Experience working across multi-region/global teams
• Experience supporting backend data setup and Operations teams
• Knowledge of QA metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement practices
