Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality software releases for electronic trading platforms.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Cypress, TypeScript, and other tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize defects, ensuring timely resolution through CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze complex issues related to algorithmic trading systems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 12-17 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of equity markets, fix protocols, and electronic trading platforms.
- Proficiency in developing automated tests using Cypress or similar technologies.
