Job Title: QA Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manual testing, test case design, defect tracking, and exposure to automation testing. Experience with Playwright or Python-based automation frameworks is preferred. The role involves validating enterprise applications, ensuring software quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable products.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts for web and enterprise applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and user acceptance testing.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects using Jira or similar defect management tools.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
Develop and maintain test documentation, test evidence, and execution reports.
Contribute to automation testing using Playwright, Python, or other automation frameworks.
Validate application functionality across multiple browsers and platforms.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and QA reviews.
Ensure adherence to QA best practices and continuously improve testing processes.
Gain exposure to AI-powered applications and support AI/model validation initiatives where applicable.
