Purchasing Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Purchasing Analyst to join our team at Aarvi Encon Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, with a strong background in data analysis and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage the procurement process from sourcing to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.


• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize purchasing decisions and negotiate contracts.


• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.


• Conduct data analysis using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SAP MM to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives and drive cost savings initiatives.


• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of purchasing activities, including spend analysis and supplier performance metrics.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of purchasing principles, practices, and regulations, with experience in managing procurement processes.


• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP MM, along with experience in creating macros and dashboards.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.


• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify areas for improvement.


• Experience working with ERP systems, particularly SAP MM, and familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
