Role & responsibilities Position - Purchase - Sr. Engineer Vendor Development Key Responsibilities: Vendor Identification: Identify and evaluate potential vendors or suppliers based on organizational requirements and criteria. Ensure that vendors meet the company's quality and performance standards. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes ( Sheet Metal, Weilding , Pipe etc ). Excellent negotiation and communication skills & Preparation of Techno-Commercial Comparative statement. Work with other departments to ensure that the company's supply chain is efficient and effective. Contract Management: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with vendors, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms. Monitor vendor performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop contingency plans to address potential risks. Develop and implement vendor onboarding programs. Conduct vendor audits, Scheduling for Vendor Visit. Taking Management Approvals and releasing the POs/WOs with detailed T&C . On hand experience in Soft Skills and ERP for Preparation POs/WOs . Location: The candidate should be from the Aurangabad/Mumbai/Pune region. The main objective is to develop manpower at the GF Factory. Stationing: The candidate will be stationed in the Aurangabad region starting in 2026. Prior information needs to be communicated to the candidate as a pre-condition. Until 2026, the candidate will be working in Bidadi (Sango). Requirement: Year's of experience -Min 6 & Above Qualification -B. E /B, Tech Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
