Job Description

Supplier Management Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for mechanical components and equipment. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality, reliability, and on-time delivery. Technical Collaboration Collaborate with the engineering team to understand technical specifications and requirements for mechanical equipment. Ensure that procured items meet the necessary standards and project requirements. Procurement Strategy Develop and implement strategies to improve procurement efficiency and reduce lead times. Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative solutions. Negotiation & Contract Management Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and favorable agreements. Manage contract lifecycles, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions. Performance Monitoring Continuously evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery metrics.Resolve issues related to supplier performance, ensuring minimal impact on operations. Compliance & Reporting Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, savings, and supplier performance.
