Job Description

Ensure timely sourcing, procurement, and delivery of all project materials, tools, and consumables while maintaining quality and adhering to budget limits.

Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable local and international suppliers and vendors.

Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and assess bids for technical and commercial compliance.

Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms in line with company procurement policies and UAE VAT regulations.

Coordinate closely with project engineers, site teams, storekeepers, and finance departments to ensure uninterrupted material supply for ongoing projects.

Prepare and process purchase orders, material requests, and delivery follow-ups through ERP or procurement software.

Track and monitor shipment schedules, ensuring timely material receipt and inventory updates.

Maintain comprehensive records of vendor performance, price history, and inventory flow for management reporting.

Ensure all procurement activities comply with company standards, local regulations, and project-specific requirements.

Possess strong knowledge of MEP, civil, and mechanical materials, with hands-on experience in sourcing from both UAE and overseas suppliers.
