Purchase Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a purchase executive with an IT background and experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
Procurement: Source and purchase goods and services required by the company, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules. Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to product quality or delivery timelines.
Purchase Orders: Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring that all details such as product specifications, quantities, delivery schedules, and payment terms are accurate.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure that stock levels are maintained without overstocking or stockouts. Ensure timely replenishment of inventory items based on usage and demand forecasts.
Cost Control: Monitor market trends, prices, and supplier offers to identify opportunities for cost savings. Assist in evaluating and selecting the most cost-effective suppliers.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchase records, invoices, and receipts. Prepare regular procurement reports, including purchase orders, stock status, and budget compliance.
