ABOUT THE ROLE

Were looking for a Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day procurement - from purchase requisitions through to purchase orders and vendor coordination - supporting our manufacturing operations in Vasai.

WHAT YOULL DO

Process purchase requisitions into purchase orders
Source quotes and prepare comparative statements for vendor selection
Coordinate with vendors on pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules
Track material lead times and flag availability risks
Coordinate goods receipt confirmation with the Stores team
Maintain and update vendor records

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Bachelors degree required; an engineering background is a plus
1-2 years of experience in purchase/procurement
Comfortable with MS Excel; familiarity with Tally is a plus
Good negotiation and vendor communication skills
Organized, with strong follow-up discipline
