Job Description
Job Title: Purchase Executive
Location: Mumbai, Goregaon HO
Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Serving brands with end-to-end cold chain solutions for 60+ years. Pan India delivery of technologically-enhanced temperature-controlled Reefer Containers & warehouses available in Kolkata & Bhubaneshwar.
Job Responsibilities:
Raise purchase requisitions and coordinate approvals in FMS
Identify vendors and collect a minimum of 3 quotations
Support price negotiation and release error-free POs
Coordinate inspections and manage CRO documentation
Update inventory and resolve discrepancies within TAT
Coordinate with depot, operations, and vendors
Maintain proper documentation
Skills Required:
Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
Knowledge of procurement and inventory processes
Experience with FMS / ERP systems
Qualification:
Graduate (preferred)
