Job Description

Continuously upgrade the vendor database of high quality, luxury gourmet and non-food products.

Manage and liaise with multiple brands and vendors to place orders, introducenew products, set and develop processes and process payments.
Managing retail inventory and plan for product re-orders, replenishments,
expiries, sell-outs and delays.
Manage orders for consumables, packaging, and other requirements of the caf and retail stores.
Generate and analyze weekly and monthly reports like Sell Through, Inventorycover, wastage and discounts etc.
Liaise with the Accounts department, I.T., Training, Marketing & VM and
Procurement teams to ensure all product information is properly captured andmanaged.
Work closely with Marketing and Operations team for festive gifting, inventoryplanning, Sales Projection and Inventory allocation across stores.
