Experience Required
Minimum 2-5 years experience in building construction
Education
Above 70% in SSC or HSC or
Above 60% 10th/12th (CBSE )
Diploma in Civil / ITI course
Job Responsibilities
Procurement of Civil Material / Items.
Good Coordination and Negotiation Skills with vendors suppliers.
Ability to analyse bills of material and drawings to understand key requirements
Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material.
Preparation and Certification of RA bills.
Required Skills : Billing in MS Excel, Basic AutoCad, Rate Analysis, Tendering, Bill followup
