Job Description
Responsible for high performance of the property in terms of sales, operations, guest experience, OTA ratings and more
- Oversee the management and maintenance of residential or commercial properties.
- Coordinate with tenants and address their inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with property regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor property budgets and expenses.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for property maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure property upkeep.
- Prepare and present reports on property management activities.
