Job Description
Job Title: Proof Reader -Marathi
Job Summary:
To complete the proof-reading, checking & other work related to manuscript and proofs.
Results :
1. Error-free books / products
2. Checking and maintaining proper in-house style and layouts in proofs Responsibilities
Major Duties:
1. Completing the task assigned, following the given guidelines within given timeline
2. Minimize typographical errors
3. Thoroughly checking the style and maintaining uniformity in layout of pages as well as book
4. Evaluate the dimension of page elements such as images, text spacing and positioning to ensure they confirm to set specification.
Minor Duties :
1. Coordinating with proof-reading team and editors and clarifying all queries
2. Submitting daily reports to the manager
3. Improve work efficiency
Work Experience:
1-3 years’ experience in proof reading.
Qualification:
Essential Schooling from respective medium Preferred Graduate/Post Graduate.
