Certifications:

Health and Safety Certification (e.g., OSHA) is a plus.
Project Management certifications (such as PMP) are an advantage.

The Project Site Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day activities at the construction site, ensuring that all construction work aligns with the project plans, timelines, and safety standards. This role requires close coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality construction results. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in real estate development projects.
