Plan, monitor, and control project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed construction schedules using Primavera/MS Project.
- Monitor project progress.
- Update weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Identify delays and recommend recovery plans.
- Coordinate with all departments for schedule adherence.
- Generate productivity and manpower reports.
- Support project management with planning inputs.
- Maintain project dashboards and MIS.
