Job Description / Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale Unitized Curtain Wall projects from design coordination through installation, testing, handover, and project closure.

Project Planning & Execution

Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise faade projects involving unitized curtain wall systems.
Develop detailed project execution plans, installation schedules, resource plans, and milestone tracking.
Ensure project delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, production, logistics, and site execution activities.

Site & Construction Management

Manage faade installation teams, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
Monitor installation productivity and ensure achievement of daily/weekly targets.
Resolve technical and site-related challenges proactively.
Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary interface with clients, consultants, architects, PMC, and main contractors.
Conduct progress review meetings and present project status reports.
Manage approvals, inspections, and closure of snag items.

Commercial & Contract Administration

Monitor project budgets, cost control, and profitability.
Review subcontractor performance and certification.
Identify variation opportunities and support commercial claims.
Ensure timely billing milestones and cash flow management.

Quality Management

Implement project quality plans and inspection procedures.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, mock-up approvals, performance testing, and quality standards.
Monitor rectification and closure of quality observations.

Health, Safety & Environment

Drive a strong safety culture across project sites.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and project-specific safety requirements.
Conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
Track project KPIs including productivity, cost, quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
Maintain complete project documentation for handover and closeout.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent.

Experience

1018 years of experience in faade, curtain wall, glazing, or building envelope projects.
Minimum 5 years managing large-scale Unitized Curtain Wall projects.
Experience on high-rise commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
Hands-on experience managing projects valued at 50 Cr+ preferred.
