Job Title: Project Manager Sudhir Power Ltd Mechanical (DG Sets Panels)

Location: Mumbai

Experience Required: 10-12 years

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead person with Data Centre background to oversee and manage end-to-end execution of DG Set and Panel installation projects from foundation laying to project completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience in site supervision, and proven ability in managing manpower, drawings, and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete project lifecycle for DG Sets and associated panels foundation laying, erection, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Review and interpret mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
Supervise site activities, ensuring timely progress and quality workmanship.
Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project deadlines.
Monitor contractor/vendor performance and ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution and handover.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including daily logs, site records, project files, and drawings.
Oversee the billing process, including work measurement and contractor verification.
Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting on project status, issues, risks, and achievements

Key Requirements:

Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 10-12 years of relevant experience in mechanical project management, specifically in DG Sets and Panels projects.
Strong expertise in site supervision, manpower handling, and resource planning.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents.
Excellent communication skills for client coordination and vendor management.
