Project Manager / IT Project Manager - IT Infrastructure

Job Description

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
Ensure compliance with IT service standards, security policies, and SLAs.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Coordinate with technical teams (network, cloud, support, development) to ensure smooth delivery.
Track project performance using KPIs and report progress to senior management Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Masters preferred).
3-5 years of experience in IT project management within service provider or consulting environments.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and managed support models.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master are highly desirable.
