Role & responsibilities

Key responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead and manage complex HR data projects using standard methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
• Drive end-to-end project managementfrom business case development to implementationincluding planning, resource management, risk oversight, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Business Operations teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organizational strategy.

Data Governance & Quality

• Support HR data governance initiatives and ensure adherence to data quality standards.
• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and E2E (End-to-End) testing for HR data platforms and analytics solutions.

Reporting & Analytics Enablement

• Support the design, deployment, and optimization of data dashboards and reporting solutions for global regions (LATAM, APAC, Europe).
• Provide executive-level status reporting using project management tools and ensure ongoing transparency with leadership (Directors, VPs).

Risk & Dependency Management

• Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies through RAID logs.
• Recommend mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution of barriers.

Tools & Processes

• Use project management platforms such as Monday.com, JIRA, or Smartsheet for planning, tracking, sprint management, and overall execution.
• Manage vendor relationships and external consultants as needed.
• Build trust and credibility as a strategic partner in HR data transformation initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar certification preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects involving HR data, analytics, or HR technology.
• Strong understanding of project management tools and ability to adapt them for effective planning and stakeholder communication
