Project Manager - EdTech (K-12 Content)

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end K12 content development projects for U.S.-based clients.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for lessons, assessments, and multimedia content.
Coordinate with SMEs, Instructional Designers, and content teams to ensure timely delivery and quality output.
Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, vendors, and freelancers.
Identify risks such as scope creep or resource gaps and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
Track progress, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to project plans.
Utilize AI tools and project management systems to improve efficiency and reporting.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree (PMP certification preferred) 3-7+ years of experience in EdTech, educational publishing, or K-12 project management
Strong understanding of K-12 curriculum frameworks and standards-based learning
Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) Familiarity with LMS/CMS platforms
Basic experience with AI tools for workflow optimization Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
