- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, dietitians, diabetes educators and teams to define & deliver program.

Required Candidate profile

- 5+ years of experience in healthcare project management, patient programs, chronic disease management, diabetes care programs, etc.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
