Key Responsibilities

End-to-end ownership of project delivery and operations.
Drive modernization, scalability, resilience, security, and performance initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams: Development, Infrastructure, Security, Database, DevOps, Operations, and Support.
Manage releases, budgets, risks, and governance frameworks.
Act as the primary interface for business leadership, customers, vendors, auditors, and regulators.
Ensure platform availability, reliability, SLA adherence, and operational excellence.
