Job Description

Design, Supply, Erection, Testing Commissioning of 1 X 25 kV and 2 X 25 kV, Single Phase, 50 Hz Railway Electrification work.

Preparation of Designs, which include General Arrangement Drawings, Foundation, Structure, Earthing, Fencing, Cable Trench, Cable Layout, etc.

Experience in execution of foundation work of equipment of 132/25 KV traction sub-station, switching station foundations after pertaining approval of working drawings from the client

Prepare cable schedules for CT, PT, CB, LA, and Transformer for the control relay panel.

Supervision of Erection of Structures on the Traction Substation, SP SSP.

Supervision of Structures Grouting on Traction Sub-station, SP SSP.

Supervision of erection of the electrical equipment s 132kv 25kV (DPI, CT, PT, CB, LA, Transformer, SPI, AT, Interrupters, Capacitor Bank, series reactor, Control panel, ACDB, DCDB, Battery Bank).

Supervision of erection of the electrical equipment s 132kv 25 kV (DPI, CT, PT, CB, LA, Transformer, SPI, AT, Interrupters, Capacitor Bank, series reactor, Control panel, ACDB, DCDB, Battery Bank.)

Supervise testing and commissioning of all equipment at TSS/SP/SSP.

Supervise the work at the site as per approved drawings.

Testing of equipment before commissioning.

Experience in project scheduling monitoring, including material manpower planning.

Marking the railway track concerning cross-sectional drawing and layout plan.

Casting of foundation and special foundation.

Grouting, SPS erection, bracket erection, and Anti Creep wire erections.

Wiring, counterweight erection, droppering and clipping, LS wire erection.

Bracket adjustment, isolator erection, and ATD adjustment (X-Y value).

SI erection, SED checking, tower car checking, and jumpering.

Managing the supervisor and workers regarding OHE/PSI works.

Complete knowledge of railway electrification design drawing and survey.
