Job Description

Your key responsibilities

Setup and management of the TDI People Agenda book of work across multiple workstreams in partnership with the Chief Strategy Office team, HR and volunteer-led initiatives and communities.
Support planning, funding approval/prioritisation and tracking across TDI s People Agenda, engagement and marketing activities.
Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with partner teams including HR, COO, communities and ERGs, TDI divisions and regions.
Provide project management, leadership and execution support to drive delivery of selected priority initiatives.

Your skills and experience

Self-starter who can work collaboratively with least supervision and have attention to detail
Effective communicator with experience of working with and influencing senior global stakeholders
Demonstrable collaborative working and working as part of a team in a fast-paced and changing environment and ability to multi-task and prioritize, managing multiple parallel activities
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and other basic tools
Working experience in JIRA, sharepoint, clarity, workday etc. are desirable
Experience working in Technology Change or PMO roles in a large Financial Institution or Bank preferred
