The Role
- We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in program documentation, data collection, and monitoring & evaluation.
- This role is central to how Sols ARC tracks, measures, and communicates its impact managing documentation systems, designing data frameworks, and translating field data into insights that drive strategic decisions.
- You will work closely with Program, M&E, and Technology teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting aligned with organisational and donor requirements.

What Youll Actually Do
- Documentation & Reporting Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all program activities, capturing processes, milestones, and impact data.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Sols ARCs mission and donor requirements.
- Maintain detailed, organised records that facilitate easy retrieval of information for team use and donor communications.
- Prepare data-driven dashboards and MIS reports for the leadership team, providing clear, concise insights on program performance and outcomes.
- Support donor reporting requirements with well-documented data, analysis, and evidence of impact.
- Data Collection & Management Design and implement effective data collection processes for various programs, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Train program staff on data collection methods including survey design, qualitative and quantitative data gathering, and digital data management systems.
- Organise, secure, and maintain data from multiple sources, creating a central repository accessible to relevant teams.
- Collaborate with technology teams to develop or integrate tools that support streamlined documentation and data management.
- Ensure all data collection systems and tools are aligned with program goals and reporting frameworks.
- Data Analysis & Program Monitoring Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for program enhancement.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that support programmatic development and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with M&E teams to design and execute monitoring frameworks that assess program impact, reach, and overall success.
- Utilise data to measure program effectiveness, adapting strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
- Track program milestones against targets and proactively flag deviations to the Director of Program Operations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Capacity Building Work closely with program leads, the M&E team, and external partners to ensure accurate data collection aligned with project goals.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing insights, providing recommendations, and keeping staff informed on documentation and data management practices.
- Build the data literacy of program teams through structured training and ongoing mentoring.
- Liaise with government partners and field teams to ensure data collection processes are contextually appropriate and consistently applied.
- Represent Sols ARC in donor reviews and external evaluations as required.

- Program documentation is current, complete, and audit-ready at all times.
- Data collection systems are consistently used by field teams with high accuracy and minimal errors.
- Donor reports are submitted on time with clear evidence of impact and no discrepancies flagged.
- Leadership has timely, reliable data to make informed decisions about program strategy and resource allocation.
- A culture of data-driven reflection is embedded within program teams.

Who Were Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Social Work, Data Science, Program Management, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Preferred / Added Advantage - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Looker; experience with digital MIS or data management platforms.
- Experience - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in program documentation, data collection, and analysis, preferably in a nonprofit or development sector organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to design and manage data collection processes across multi-site programs.
- Prior experience in monitoring & evaluation, donor reporting, and cross-functional collaboration is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable program recommendations.
- Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to travel across rural and urban India to support field teams and data collection efforts.
