Job Description

Foster and strengthen relationships with insurers to maximize business
opportunities and maintain operational excellence Resolve client escalation queries promptly and efficiently, ensuring exceptional
customer service and satisfaction
Streamline operations for the business teams through the development of
efficient processes and workflows
Drive the conceptualization, design, and launch of innovative insurance products to meet market demands and fuel business growth
Provide comprehensive support to the claims and KAM teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance to excel in their roles
Continuously monitor and enhance business processes through the creation of
SOPs, optimizing operational efficiency and consistency
