Job Description
This role involves guiding working professionals
(mid , senior to High level) on executive education programs. You will talk to them, understand their career goals, and help them choose the right course while also driving enrollments.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
- Counseling & Guidance
- Talk to professionals and understand their career needs
- Recommend suitable education programs
- Lead Conversion (Sales)
- Build interest and convince candidates to enroll
- Achieve enrollment targets
- Communication & Follow-ups
- Connect with ~100120 professionals daily via calls
- Follow up regularly until closure
- Lead Management
- Schedule calls/appointments
- Maintain accurate data in CRM
- Information Support
- Provide clear, correct details about programs
- Guide candidates through the decision process
- Process & Team Contribution
- Follow company processes and attend trainings
- Support team targets and goals
Skills Required (Simplified)
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Good listener with a consultative approach
- Experience in sales / education / training (23 years preferred)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
