Production Support Engineer

We are hiring an experienced Production Support Engineer for Kothrud (Pune) and Belapur (Navi Mumbai) office. This role requires strong technical expertise in Unix/Linux, Shell scripting, Oracle SQL, and Weblogic Application Server. Candidates with 3+ years of experience and a background in IT production support are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Provide day-to-day production support for applications and systems.



• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in Unix/Linux environments.



• Develop and optimize Unix Shell scripts for automation and process improvements.



• Work with Oracle SQL to query, analyze, and manage data for issue resolution.



• Support and manage Oracle Weblogic Application Server for smooth application deployment.



• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and SLA adherence.



• Document technical solutions, incident root causes, and create knowledge base articles.



• Work on incident management, problem management, and change requests in a production environment.

Must-Have Skills:-

• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux Operating Systems.



• Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting.



• Sound understanding of Oracle SQL concepts.



• Experience in Oracle Weblogic Application Server.

Good-to-Have Skills:-

• Banking domain knowledge.



• Advanced SQL skills for database troubleshooting.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Education: Any Graduate (except B.A & B.Com).



• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Production Support.



• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
