Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations on CNC machines (VMC, HMC, Lathe) to ensure efficient use of resources and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for timely repair and maintenance of machinery to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to material availability, inventory management, or supply chain disruptions.
