Planning organising equipment production schedule2
Assigning of 3M (Man/Material/Machinery) resources on the shop floor as per project requirementsEnsuring the safety health regulations are met
Implementation of quality control standards
Plan review mechanism with supporting staff
Overseeing the work schedule completing the project deadline diligently
Daily review of Job work/Inspection/RT summary with team members
Create develop new fabrication process as per project requirement
Coordination with QC department for inspection RT planning
Coordination with the Planning stores department for fulfilment of material required for the project
Plan review of preventive maintenance cycle for machinery
Develop train Job works vendors to minimize the correction/rework production losses for the project
