Job Description
Saideep is looking for Production Manager / Engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey- Plan and coordinate the production process, including the scheduling of production runs and the allocation of resources
- Ensure that production processes are safe, efficient, and comply with relevant regulations and standards
- Monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to improve efficiency
- Manage a team of production supervisors and employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their development and effective performance
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and engineering, to ensure the timely availability of materials and equipment
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet customer requirements
