Hiring Production Manager
Location: Ambernath & Halol
Industry: Composite / FRP / Plastic Manufacturing
Experience: 15+ Years
Qualification: BE Mechanical
Salary: 20 -26 LPA
Note: Are you ready to sign 3 year bond??
Mandatory Experience:
- Strong experience in Pultrusion Process is compulsory
- Candidate from Composite, FRP, Fiber, or Plastic manufacturing industry preferred
- Experience in continuous manufacturing/process industry required
- Greenfield project experience will be added advantage
Main Work Responsibilities:
- Handle daily production activities and achieve production targets
- Manage workers, supervisors, and production team
- Ensure safety rules are followed in plant
- Solve production and process-related problems
- Monitor quality of finished products
- Handle inventory, raw materials, and machine utilization
- Coordinate with maintenance, planning, logistics, and quality teams
- Improve production efficiency and reduce wastage
- Prepare reports and production MIS
- Manage department budget and control production costs
- Train and develop team members
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Pultrusion Process
- Experience in FRP / Composite / Fiber manufacturing
- Production planning and operations management
- ERP / SAP knowledge
