Production Manager

Job Description

Planning, organizing, and implementing optimum day-to-day operations at a manufacturing facility.
Scaling production and asset capacities while minimizing
unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards.
Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
Develop systems and streamline production processes
Develop tracking metrics and optimize productivity and
performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
Ensuring adherence to production related policies & procedures
Ensure plant activities remain cost effective, offer timely product
deliveries and meet quality standards
Maintain production records and relevant documentation as per
SOPs
Regularly prepare budgets and cost reports for production
Efficiently delegate responsibilities and tasks to the production
team members
Evaluate performances and constantly improvise practices
Conduct regular inspections of machinery and working practices
Oversee the raw-material stock inventory, equipment
maintenance and arrange resources as per requirement.
