Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle entire production line operations (Blowing, filling, packaging, labeling, etc.)
Supervise and manage machine operators on the shop floor
Ensure production targets are achieved during shifts
Monitor machine performance and maintain operational efficiency
Perform troubleshooting during machine breakdowns
Coordinate with maintenance team for quick issue resolution
Maintain quality, safety, and hygiene standards
Prepare shift reports and production updates

Candidate Profile:

2+ years of experience in Beverage / Water
Hands-on experience in handling production lines
Experience in shift-based working environment
Good knowledge of machine operations & troubleshooting
Team handling experience (machine operators/workers)
