Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Equipment Operator to join our team at Ashu Organics (India) Private Limited, responsible for operating equipment in the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) / Bulk Drug manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in non-sterile manufacturing and packaging.

Roles and Responsibility

Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
Monitor and control product quality to meet regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets.
Implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering from a recognized institution.
Proven experience as a Production Equipment Operator in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
Strong knowledge of non-sterile manufacturing and packaging processes.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with GMP regulations and quality control procedures.
