Job Description
Role & responsibilities -
* Manage the complete product lifecycle of VFD / AC Drives for the Indian market.
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify customer requirements.
* Plan product positioning, product strategy, pricing and go-to-market activities.
* Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Application and Service teams.
* Support product launches, sales growth and customer engagement.
* Monitor product performance, customer feedback, revenue, profitability and market trends.
* Provide technical presentations, product training and techno-commercial support.
* Work with global partners and internal engineering teams for product planning and localisation.
Preferred candidate profile -
* 5+ yrs of experience
* Strong knowledge of *VFD / AC Drives, AC drive technology, control methods and industrial applications*.
* Experience in *Product Management, Product Marketing or Application Management*.
* Good understanding of industries such as *OEM, HVAC, Water & Wastewater, Metals, Cement, Oil & Gas and Material Handling*.
* Experience with VFD brands such as *ABB, Siemens, Schneider, Delta, Danfoss, Yaskawa, INVT or Innovance* will be preferred.
* Good communication, presentation and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of *MS Office*; CRM and ERP exposure is an added advantage.
