Job Description

Competitive analysis for a brand portfolio
Gather market insights through field work
Develop a strategic plan and LRF for focus brands in the portfolio
Design the brand communication aligned with the strategic and tactical plan
Cohesive working with the sales team to ensure engagement and execution from sales team
Manage Product life cycle for the portfolio allotted
Ensure timely planning and delivery of promotional inputs
Extensively work on annual brand plan
Ensure brand profitability in line with organizational requirements
Work on new product launches / brand line extensions from time to time
Qualification :
B. Pharm / B. Sc. With MBA in Marketing
Experience :
AT least 2 years of experience in sales + at least 2 years of experience in Product Management in a reputed Pharma company.
