Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap for payment gateway solutions.
- Define, prioritize, and deliver payment features (cards, UPI, wallets, net banking, subscriptions).
- Manage payment flows: authorization, capture, refunds, chargebacks, settlements.
- Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, banking norms, and data privacy laws.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, risk, and external partners.
- Track KPIs, analyze transaction data, and improve conversion and security.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in payment gateway/product management.
- Knowledge of payment flows, authentication (MPI/ACS), and authorization processes.
- Understanding of compliance, risk, and fraud prevention.
- Strong analytical, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working with tech and business teams.
