Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Junior Product Manager (AI-Enabled) with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team in the lifestyle world, focusing on beauty, fashion, and luxury beverages. This is a full-remote role.

Roles and Responsibility

Own discovery and validation of new AI-powered product ideas.
Translate high-level founder inputs into structured product hypotheses.
Define MVP scopes that can be built and launched within 2-4 weeks.
Coordinate cross-functional work across engineering, design, and growth.
Integrate AI workflows into product functionality.
Define experiments, success metrics, and feedback loops.

Job Requirements

Demonstrated execution experience in building, launching, or owning products, startups, tools, systems, or initiatives.
Strong builder mindset with a bias for action.
Ability to translate ambiguous ideas into structured product plans.
Comfort working directly with engineers, designers, and growth teams.
Familiarity with MVP thinking and rapid iteration cycles.
Daily use of AI tools such as LLMs, research agents, and automation platforms.
Clear written communication and structured thinking.
Ability to prioritize impact over perfection.
Systems thinking and problem-solving orientation.
Candidates typically come from at least one strong root: Technical, Marketing/Growth, Design, or Startup/founding background.
Experience in technical roles, marketing/growth roles, design roles, or startup/founding roles is advantageous.
You will work directly with founders and strategy leadership with minimal hierarchy.
Advanced product discovery and validation capabilities.
AI-native product development thinking.
Rapid MVP design and release management.
Systems thinking across product, tech, and GTM.
Ownership of increasingly complex product initiatives.
Path toward Senior Product Manager or AI Product Lead roles.
