Grexa AI builds growth software for local businesses in India.

Salons, clinics, gyms, tuition centres, restaurants - millions of business owners run successful businesses, but much of their marketing still happens through phone calls, WhatsApp, memory, and manual follow-ups.

Our customers are not software-native. They don t wake up wanting another app. They care about getting more customers, bringing customers back, and growing their business. Our job is to make powerful growth tools feel simple enough that they become part of a business owner s daily workflow.

The founding team previously built Testbook from zero to 25M monthly visitors, 2.5M paid users, and 250 Cr in annual revenue before its acquisition by Classplus. We ve scaled a consumer product before. Now we re starting again.

The Role

We re looking for a Product Manager who wants to build from first principles.

This is not a roadmap management role. This is not a coordination role.

You ll talk to customers, understand how they operate, identify opportunities, decide what to build, work with engineers and designers to ship it, and measure whether it worked.

Our users are typically 35+, run profitable businesses, and are often using software like this for the first time. There is no established playbook for how they should behave. The product has to earn its place in their business from the very first session.

The challenge is not building features. The challenge is helping business owners adopt a new way of running and growing their business.

What You ll Do

Own a product area end-to-end, from discovery to launch to iteration
Talk to customers every week through calls, demos, onboarding sessions, and feedback conversations
Develop a deep understanding of how local businesses acquire, retain, and communicate with customers
Design onboarding and activation experiences that help users see value immediately
Work closely with engineering and design to ship fast and learn quickly
Run experiments across activation, engagement, retention, and monetisation
Track product metrics and use them to guide decisions
Kill features that aren t working and double down on the ones that are

You ll be responsible for helping business owners adopt the product as part of their daily workflow.

What We re Looking For

2-5 years of product management experience, ideally at a fast-growing consumer or mobile-first product company
Experience working on activation, engagement, retention, or growth problems
You ve taken something from idea to launch and owned the outcome
Strong intuition for mobile user behaviour across Android and iOS
Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
Strong written communication and product thinking
Curious, resourceful, and highly execution-oriented
Excited to talk to customers directly and use those insights to shape the product

Nice to Have

Experience building for SMBs or local businesses
Experience in a 0-to-1 product environment
Experience creating new user behaviours rather than optimising existing ones
Familiarity with AI tools and AI-powered product experiences
