Job Title: Product Manager Retail Securitisation
Business Unit: Retail Securitisation

Reporting to: Business Head Retail Securitisation

Job Summary
Manage and execute the sell-down of DCB Bank's own retail loan pools (mortgages, LAP, etc.) through securitisation (Direct Assignment/PTC) to investors, ensuring compliance with RBI regulations and Bank policy, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and structure eligible retail loan pools from DCB's book for sell-down
Conduct financial analysis and prepare proposal notes for internal approvals and investor presentations
Coordinate with rating agencies (CRISIL/ICRA/CARE) for pool rating
Negotiate pricing and deal terms with investors (banks, MFs, insurers)
Ensure compliance with RBI's Master Direction on Securitisation of Standard Assets
Follow up on audit pendencies and maintain deal/monitoring trackers

Desired Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of retail underwriting (SME/Mortgage)
Understanding of structured finance and securitisation (sell-side/originator experience preferred)
Strong in MS Excel and PowerPoint for proposal preparation
