Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Infor M3 Parts Procurement Specialist to manage the procurement process for M3 product parts, ensuring timely availability, cost-effectiveness, and quality compliance

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management, vendor relations, and inventory control

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Management: Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for M3 parts, including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier contract management

Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and resolve any supply issues

Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the inventory team to maintain optimal inventory for M3 parts

Cost Management: Implement strategies to manage and reduce procurement costs effectively compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations; prepare regular reports on procurement activities, vendor performance, and inventory status

Data Analysis: Forecast procurement needs using historical data and production schedules

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management

Experience with M3 parts is a plus

Skills: Strong procurement process knowledge, negotiation skills, and proficiency in inventory management software

Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
