As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials and services to ensure our organization's operational needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively

Key responsibilities include:

Identifying and evaluating suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and other factors
Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms
Managing supplier relationships and conducting regular performance evaluations
Forecasting demand and monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock
Coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements
Developing and implementing procurement strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs
Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards
Analyzing market trends and staying informed about industry developments to make informed procurement decisions
