Job Description
Developing and implementing purchase strategies.
Managing existing and new purchasing activities, supervision staff and allocating task.
Managing supplier regulations and negotiating contracts, prices, timeline, etc
Maintain the supplier database, purchase record and related documentation.
Maintain the inventory of various projects.
Ensuring that all the procured. goods/equipment meets the required quality
Working to improve purchasing system and process.
RequirementEngineering degree or equivalent.
7-8 years if experience in purchase department.
High order interpersonal skills and the ability to operate within culture and customs.
High level managing skills for engineering design work.
High level co-ordination skills among clerk, vendor and internal related department.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with ability to interact across multiple discipline
High level of awareness of commercial, cost, schedule and contracts.
