We are urgently hiring a Procurement Manager with strong experience in procurement of IT hardware products, IT components, and electronic/electromechanical components.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, procurement planning, price negotiations, and handling domestic/international suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement of IT hardware, networking products, and electronic components
• Vendor development and supplier management
• RFQ/RFP management and commercial negotiations
• BOM-based procurement and cost optimization
• Managing procurement cycle, inventory planning, and delivery timelines
• Coordination with engineering, production, SCM, and finance teams
• Handling import procurement and alternate sourcing
• Working on ERP/SAP systems for procurement operations

Required Skills

• Strong exposure to IT hardware procurement
• Experience in electronic components sourcing
• Vendor management and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of PCB, semiconductors, connectors, passive components, networking hardware, servers, etc.
• Good understanding of supply chain and procurement processes
• ERP/SAP knowledge preferred
