Job Responsibilities

1. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end procurement of Grey Cement Based raw materials such as Sand, Aggregates, Grey Cement, and allied raw materials, ensuring uninterrupted supply, optimal cost management, and quality compliance.
2. The role involves vendor development, market intelligence, logistics coordination, and procurement planning aligned with production and project requirements.
3. The candidate should possess strong sourcing experience in mineral procurement, supplier negotiations, and supply chain coordination within construction or manufacturing industries.
4. Supply Chain & Vendor Management Inventory & Planning
5. Procurement ManagementMinerals & Sand ProcurementStrong understanding of sourcing minerals such as sand, aggregates, fillers, and other bulk raw materials.
6. Ability to develop regional supplier networks and ensure cost-efficient sourcing.
7. Knowledge of mining zones, transport logistics, regulatory compliance, and seasonal supply risks.
8. Market intelligence on pricing trends, freight fluctuations, and regional availability.
9. Vendor evaluation and contract negotiation capability.Grey Cement ProcurementExperience in sourcing grey cement from multiple manufacturers.
10. Ability to monitor cement pricing trends, plant dispatch cycles, and logistics planning.
11. Coordination with plants, distributors, and transporters for timely deliveries.
12. Evaluation of quality, batch consistency, and vendor performance.
