Areas of Responsibility

Maintain procurement MIS, productivity dashboards, KPI reports, spend analytics, and management presentations; translate data into actionable insights.

Drive SCM-related ESG activities, including supplier follow-up for audits, CWA reporting, compliance submissions, and timely closure of corrective actions.

Manage post-award contract activities from drafting coordination and stakeholder alignment through signature, repository upload, amendment, and renewal tracking.

Support Commodity Managers in day-to-day procurement operations, supplier communication, commercial evaluations, documentation, and category initiatives.

Own supplier delivery escalations received from GBS and coordinate with suppliers, buyers, commodity managers and business stakeholders until closure.

Liaise with end users and buyers to remove bottlenecks and ensure timely release of purchase orders/payment for critical requirements.

Identify, develop, and deploy AI tools, bots, dashboards, and workflow automation to simplify SCM processes and improve productivity.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Business Administration/ Commerce (No Arts Background)
• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing operations, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Preferable Basic Hands-on exposure to sourcing events, supplier coordination, spend reporting, contract administration, and stakeholder management. • Working knowledge of ERP and e-sourcing platforms;
• Professional certification in procurement, supply chain, sustainability, analytics, or digitalization is an advantage.

Key Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Basic Understanding of procurement governance, commercial documentation, supplier management
• Digital and AI mindset with exposure to automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot, or equivalent platforms.
• High ownership, attention to detail, integrity, customer focus, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
