Job Description
- Analyse all suppliers to select the most suitable suppliers who can deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
- Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost, and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
- Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule, and quality.
- Preparing Comparative Statements and Analysing Quotations.
- Basic knowledge of Costing Technical Negotiating.
- Generating Purchase Order While Taking due care of Taxes, Rates Terms and Conditions.
- Vendor Development Supplier Interaction.
- Planning the material based on consumption and Generating Purchase order to the vendor.
- Work under BOM non BOM efficiently.
- Working on ISO Documentation and facing ISO Audits. Working on the maximum compliance to the set processes.
- Raising claims for shortage, damage, price difference and wrong parts to vendors and follow Up for Supplier debits notes and payments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Min 5-6 Yrs Experience in Engineering from an EPC procurement background, catering up to electrical and mechanical items.
Your background
- A bachelor s degree in electrical/ mechanical engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in procurement activities (technical commercial).
- Experience and skill to support the bid process.
